Terms and conditions

Check-in time is from 4pm to 10pm (please contact us for special arrangements). Please vacate rooms on day of departure by 10:30am.

Payment:
A deposit is required to confirm all bookings.
B&B – The balance is due during your stay
Self-catering – The balance is due no later than one month before your stay.

Cancellation Policy:

B&B - Cancellations more than one month before stay incur a £5 administration fee.
Cancellations within one month of stay incur loss of deposit. 
Cancellations within one week of stay incur full payment unless we can fill the vacancy.
Self-catering - Cancellations more than three months before stay incur a £5 administration fee.
Cancellations within three months of stay incur loss of deposit.
Cancellations within one month of stay incur full payment unless we can fill the vacancy.


B&B - Two night minimum stay for bank holiday weekends.
Self-catering - Two night minimum stay.

Bed linen and towels provided. Energy costs included.

Symonds Yat Rock Lodge operates a no smoking policy throughout.

Towels and/or bedding permanently stained or damaged by eg. make-up, hair dye, fake tan, pets will be charged for.

Dogs are not to be left alone in rooms for long periods or allowed on beds.
