Please telephone or e-mail to confirm availability for the time that you require. We will reserve the apartment for you for five clear working days to enable you to forward a deposit. We will confirm the details of your reservation by return. The balance of the cost for the period you have booked is due no later than four weeks before the start of the let. In the event that you are booking less than four weeks before the start of the let, payment in full will be required on booking.

Apartments are available from 4pm. It may be possible to arrive earlier if you arrange with us beforehand. On the day of departure we like you to vacate your apartment by 10:30am, so that there is time to clean the room prior to the next occupants arriving.
